Shipping Policy:

Once order is received, it may take up to 3 business days for orders to be processed, then shipped out pending inventory availability. This applies to ALL shipping methods.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: 

Standard shipping: 
UPS Ground, Fed-Ex Ground 
3-7 business days, based on delivery destination. 

Expedited shipping: 
-UPS 2 Day, Fed-Ex Express Saver, Fed-Ex 2 Day
-2-3 business days from ship date.

**Shipping cost varies by weight of product ordered and shipping location. This amount will be specified when product is ordered. 

Please note: 
-We do not ship to PO Boxes. 
-UPS and Fed-Ex do not deliver on weekends or federal holidays.

Heat Sensitive Product:

Due to their sensitive nature, some of our products require shipment in a cool environment (refrigerated items). They are subject to special shipping procedures to ensure customers receive products in good condition. These products are stable at room temperature for 5-7 days. If your product arrives warm, it is NOT damaged, as it was cold when it left our warehouse. For best results, keep all products out of direct sunlight.

Heat sensitive products include: Glutathione, Vitamin C, Vitamin C/R-Lipoic Acid, and CoQ10.

International Shipments:

We only ship to Registered Licensed Practitioners in Australia and Hong Kong. Please refer to our Distributor List to purchase products and testing outside the United States, Australia, or Hong Kong. Quicksilver Scientific is not liable for delays or losses due to customs or import taxes and is unable to refund shipping charges for orders that are denied entry. Quicksilver Scientific is not responsible for required customs documentation. Due to legal requirements, we do not ship certain products internationally.

Return Policy:

Return Policy: Quicksilver Scientific reserves the right to revise, modify or change this Refund Policy at any time with proper notice, and may; at its discretion deny return or replacement requests for any person it believes is abusing this Refund Policy. Any such revision, modification or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on Quicksilver Scientific’s website. You (the customer) agree to periodically review our website, including the current version of our Refund Policy. It is your obligation to review our Refund Policy for any such revisions.

We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Some products, including heat-sensitive products, are not eligible for returns. We will REFUND your purchase once the approved return has arrived at the Quicksilver Scientific facility. You (the customer) are responsible for any return shipping cost. Customer will be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and be required to fill out a Return Form, which must be enclosed in returned package. This RMA number has a thirty (30) day expiration date. We only accept returns from customers who purchase directly from PurXpressions or Purativity.


Damaged goods or incorrect shipments should be reported to support@quicksilverscientific.com within 5 days of receipt of package. We will make every effort to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Pictures of damaged goods, manufacturing codes located on the back of the bottle, shipping box(es), shipping label, and order number will be required to process your request.

Terms of Sale: 

  1. All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for errors or omissions.
  2. Certain products are formulated specifically for licensed practitioners. Quicksilver Scientific believes that the guidance of a qualified practitioner is important in order to maximize the effectiveness of professional-strength supplements. As a result, these products are for sale to licensed healthcare professionals only. (For purposes of this policy, “practitioners” are individuals that hold a license in the healthcare field which sufficiently qualifies the individual to advise others on concerns of nutrition and personal health.) All resellers of practitioner only products must have a licensed healthcare practitioner on staff and provide their credentials for review and approval by Quicksilver Scientific.
  3. Supplier shall not be liable for: (i) loss, damage or delay resulting from any cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of Supplier and (ii) consequential, incidental, punitive or special damages, loss or expense to any or all of Dealer and others for any reason(s) whatsoever.
